As befits a Miroglio Group company, Miroglio Textile manufactures, markets and sells a broad array of articles spanning the entire spectrum of the textile from yarns and plain or printed fabric, to finished fabrics, screen, digital and transfer paper design and manufacture. Miroglio Textile also operates in the sectors of architecture, interior design and leather goods, creating and bringing to the market versatile and innovative foils and technical film.
Drawing breath of life in 1947, Miroglio Textile is headquartered as from inception at Alba, an Italian town nestled in Piedmont. 1947, the year in which Giuseppe Miroglio – son of drapers – decides to evolve the family business from trade to industry, setting up his own textile mill with just four looms. Growing by leaps and bounds, a modern dyeing, special cloth finishing and textile-printing plant was opened at the end of the Fifties to meet the fast growth in market demand. Group internationalization in the Seventies compounded by production diversification – thread, yarn and transfer paper – in the early Eighties channelled Miroglio Textile into a new phase of enduring growth and development.
Today, with a comprehensive, multi-pronged offering, commitment to raising the bar of quality, unceasing research into innovation and development, and a clearly customer-oriented approach, Miroglio Textile is the recognised referent of excellence across the entire spectrum of B2B customers throughout the countless markets in which it operates.
